Thank you so much for taking an interest in working with us - I wanted to take the time to share some details about what what to expect!

I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself - Hi! I'm Danielle, I am the Owner/Lead Artist here at Pure Essence Beauty Collective. I handle all the email correspondence and business operations myself so please please please allow me extra time to get back to you. I love to connect with my clients and speak to them directly regarding all the details for their hair & makeup  so I've chosen to handle client correspondence myself. Sometimes, it takes me anywhere from 3-7 business days between replies as I am taking appointments all week long, training, cleaning/prepping my kit, restocking inventory, managing all business/employee operations, etc while maintaining a healthy work/life balance :)

Bridal Rates For your convenience, we've listed our rates on our website here, https://www.pureessencebeautycollective.com/rates If you are reaching out as a referral from one of our Preferred Vendors, hang tight! We will provide you with our preferred vendor rates shortly! Please keep in mind, our rates are subject to change and are confirmed only with non-refundable deposit and signed Agreement 

Appointments/Deposits (hair & makeup previews/trials, couples photoshoots, birthdays etc.) Please keep in mind, all appointments/artists are first come/first served and are confirmed only with a non-refundable $50 deposit! Our artists book up quickly, so if there is a specific artist you'd like to work with please be ready to submit your deposit (We accept Zelle, Venmo or we can send you an Invoice via Square) 100% of your deposit goes towards your final balance and serves as a Cancellation Fee should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason 

Email is my preferred method of communication and will be our main mode of correspondence until the week of your event. 

Please plan your questions and appointment requests according to my turnaround times. Pre-schedule your trials an engagement shoots. Take time to think about the hair & makeup details like you are thinking about all the details for everything else for your event so that you can ask any questions you come up with. I'm most likely not able to accommodate a last minute appointment request or answer a last minute question you have for another meeting.

Emails are not responded to on weekends. 

I truly do not mind long-winded emails, I prefer it! - Email me ALL the questions you have in as much detail as you can so that I can respond with as much information as I can. I understand that you are coordinating a lot of details for an important day so it's always best to have everything laid out in an email that we can both refer to throughout the planning process

Some things to note:
