A: We are a Luxury Bridal Hair and Makeup agency offering you a one-stop solution for all of your bridal beauty needs. Unlike hiring multiple independent artists, we ensure a seamless experience with our team of professionally vetted artists who undergo a rigorous audition process to join us.
Q: Can I book my Preview appointment on a Saturday?
A: No. We schedule Bridal Previews Tues-Fri, and Sundays*. Saturdays are dedicated solely for Wedding Day Events - this is so we are able to dedicated our fullest attention to our Bride on her wedding day! Sundays must be scheduled within 30 days of the time of booking.
Q: What is an Admin Fee?
A: An Admin fee is a small charge that helps us manage your account and services effectively. This fee supports all the behind-the-scenes tasks such as coordinating your hair and makeup team, managing all communications, scheduling appointments and ensuring a seamless experience.
Q: Can I request an artist?
A: Yes! All of our artists are booked first come, first served and are confirmed only with a $200 Non-Refundable Retainer (per the number of artists required) and Signed Agreement required to Reserve the Date . If you are booking an artist for your wedding, artists are confirmed only with a Non-Refundable Retainer AND signed Bridal Services Agreement. All artists are subject to availability.

Q: How does the booking process work?
Option 1:
Ready to book your hair and makeup preview but not ready to reserve your wedding date? That's OK! We know you have many vendors to choose from and picking the right one can be overwhelming and we want to make sure we are able to give each bride the experience she is looking for. We recommend scheduling your Bridal Beauty Previews with us first (this is the fun part)!
Previews are performed Tuesday-Friday and Sundays* at our studio in Aliso Viejo. To secure your preview and artist we require your $400 Preview fee to be paid up front. This fee not only pays for your Bridal Beauty Preview services, it allows us to place a tentative hold on your Wedding Date until your preview is complete; This payment is NOT a Retainer. When your preview is complete we will then release your wedding date from our calendar unless you confirm with a $200 non-refundable Retainer (applicable per the number of artists required & signed Bridal Services Agreement (Your $400 Preview fee will also be applied towards your final balance when you book Bridal Package*).
During your 2 hour preview appointment, we will have the opportunity to meet discuss in detail how you envision yourself walking down the aisle. We will assess your look and recommend ways to bring out your favorite features. You will have the opportunity to "try on" your bridal look and make any necessary edits so that you are not only confident but you will get to a first have preview into your personalized experience with us!
This must be scheduled within 30 days of booking your preview.
Option 2:
Already know you want to move forward to reserve your wedding date and artist? All wedding dates are confirmed only with a $200 non-refundable retainer with a signed Bridal Services Agreement with an authorized credit card on file. Not certain about the final headcount for hair and makeup? That's OK! We can always add/subtract services even after you've confirmed your wedding date up to 30 days prior to your wedding - see your Bridal Services Agreement for official terms and fees. We recommend option 2 for all Brides who are booking with us from out of State or who are requesting us for their Destination Wedding.

Q: What is the Bridal Beauty Preview
This is a 2-2.5 hour appointment dedicated to creating your perfect bridal look! During this appointment, you will meet with your bridal beauty team and will have the opportunity to share your vision and preferences for how you want to look on your wedding day. Your artist(s) will execute your entire look from start to finish, allowing you to see to your vision come to life.
This is a collaborative experience; we not only welcome your input but we truly encourage it! Your honest feedback during your appointment is necessary as it allows our artists to make sure every detail is aligned and tailored just for you!

Q: Can I add services after I've signed my contract?
Yes! You may add services to your contract prior to your wedding date if time & additional artists allow. It is best to finalize a count of all services as far in advanced as possible.

Q: How far in advanced should I book hair and makeup?
We receive deposits for dates ranging anywhere between 6-18 months in advanced. We do not recommend leaving your beauty left at the last minute!
Q: Is a Beauty Preview Required
While we do not require it, we highly recommend it. We understand that your Bridal Beauty is an investment and that booking a Bridal Beauty Preview appointment might not fit in your wedding budget, however it is best to address any edits BEFORE your wedding day.
We want our Brides to know that it is our desire to offer you and your bridal party a luxury beauty experience.
During your Bridal Beauty Preview you will get the opportunity to learn the best way to achieve your desired look and will be able to consult with your artist/stylist about any recommendations to ensure that your vision may be brought to life.
